I was listening to Mandy Connell on 630 KHOW, Denver's Talk Station about something unique to Colorado called Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR). I haven't looked into this closely, but I tend to like anything that limits government. That is not so for all people or organizations. For example, the National Education Association does not like TABOR. It seems they would rather the politicians have the ability to increase and create taxes without having to ask the electorate.
