Hillary's Irresponsible Mouth

Hillary Clinton: 'Race remains a deep fault line in America'
"Institutionalized racism?" It's irresponsible for Hillary Clinton (or anyone) to use such terms without explaining them. How is racism institutionalized in America? Does she mean in a sociological sense, or what? In sociology, an institution is "a well-established and structured pattern of behavior or of relationships that are accepted as a fundamental part of a culture, as marriage." Or does she just mean it in general, where an institution is "an organization, establishment, foundation, society, or the like, devoted to the promotion of a particular cause or program, especially one of a public, educational, or charitable character(?)"
What she says here cannot be supported. I don't think she cares, either. Like so many "just politicians," Hillary Clinton works at stringing together zingers regardless of their veracity or justification.
We need good leaders. They are out there, too. We, the electorate, are responsible for hiring them. It is not Hillary's time to be president. No one automatically gets their turn here. This is not a game of no politician left behind. It is the people's turn to have someone with integrity and a proven record of leadership. My hope is that everyone will vote in 2016 as if their life depends on it. Because it does.
